We are a full service family owned Real Estate Company located in Riverside California.

We at the Carrigan Group Pride ourselves on our customer loyalty. We always strive to provide what they need and are not just here for them but we are always there WITH them during any real estate transaction. We help clients Buy/Sell (The Carrigan Group), and invest or develop their own property (CG Developement). The company was started by the father and son team of Ted and Ryan Carrigan. Ted has a background in Comercial Construction, Tenant Improvement and Residential Real Estate Sales. Ryan has a law degree and financial planning licenses, as well as being a Professor of Business and Real Estate at the local community colleges. Their offices and agents are primarily based out of Riverside but deal with clients all over California.
